The Lion and the Mouse

A mighty సింహం (lion) was sleeping peacefully under a tree. A little ఎలుక (mouse) came running by and accidentally scampered right across the lion's paw, waking him up.

The lion grabbed the little mouse, ready to teach it a lesson. "Please forgive me!" squeaked the mouse. "One day, I might be able to help you too."

The lion laughed at the idea that a tiny mouse could ever help a big lion, but he was kind, so he let the mouse go free.

Many days later, the lion was caught in a hunter's net and roared for help. The little mouse heard him and came running. She nibbled through the ropes with her sharp teeth until the lion was free at last.
